Ingo lives since 1979 on the Sinai in Dahab. Since that time he photographed the life of the Bedouins, the beauty of the desert and the fascinating world under water. He is undoubtedly one of the pioneers of diving on the Sinai. Back in the early 80s of last century, he organized diving trips to the most beautiful places of the Gulf of Aqaba. Some people remember with nostalgia the time when diving was very poorly organized and hardly regulated.
Meanwhile, Ingo is retired. But people still dive in the Gulf of Aqaba. The dive safaris are still carried out, but they are now organized by Dahab Divers and primarily limited to the dive sites at Ras Mohammed.
